- WE ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
- EMAIL US AT: SALES@MYMUWORLD.COM WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE. PLEASE KNOW WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
- ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED IF THEY ARE IN THEIR NEW, UNUSED CONDITION.
- SHOES MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED BOX. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT SHOES THAT ARE DAMAGED OR SOILED.
- TO ENSURE THAT ITEMS ARE PROTECTED IN TRANSIT, WE RECOMMEND YOU RETURN ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE MARKED “BILL TO RECIPIENT” AND WILL BE DUE UPON DELIVERY.
